PIN® Programme
Persuasion, Influence and Negotiation Leadership Training
As a leader, have you ever wondered why sometimes you get the traction you want with people and other times you don’t? It’s not luck.
You must be able to persuade and influence those you lead to get results in a positive way — and the challenge is that everyone is different. Finding the win-win is critical. Your team and key stakeholders must be willing to go in the direction you’re asking them to go.
The PIN® Programme is a structured training offering built around the same framework as The Leadership PIN Code. It is designed for organisations that want to build persuasion, influence and negotiation competence across their leadership population — not as a one-off event, but as a repeatable, scalable skill set.
The programme is available at two levels:
Fundamentals — for leaders new to structured persuasion and influence skills
Master — for experienced leaders who want to deepen and sharpen their practice
Format options include group workshops, boot camps, and tailored team training programmes. Each is designed to be immediately applicable to the real conversations and decisions leaders face every day.

Frequently asked questions
-
Persuasion, Influence and Negotiation (PIN) are the three core interpersonal competencies that determine whether a leader can move people in the direction they need them to go.
The shift PIN represents is fundamental: from entitlement — assuming position or authority is enough — to being engaged, earning the response you want through deliberate skill. Persuasion is the ability to make a compelling case. Influence is the ability to shape how others think, feel and act over time. Negotiation is the ability to find outcomes that work when interests differ.
Together they determine whether a leader achieves alignment or constant friction. The PIN® Programme develops all three as learnable, repeatable skills.

The PIN® Programme is designed for leaders and managers who want to improve their effectiveness with people — particularly their ability to persuade, build buy-in and negotiate outcomes across different stakeholders, cultures and levels of seniority. It is available at Fundamentals level for those new to structured influence skills, and at Master level for experienced leaders who want to deepen their practice.

The programme is built around the framework introduced in The Leadership PIN Code by Nashater Deu Solheim. It is available as group workshops, boot camps and tailored team training formats. Each format is designed to be immediately applicable — participants leave with specific tools and language they can use in their next conversation, not concepts to translate later.
