Keynote Speaking
Talks that stay with people because they change how people see people.
My keynote speaking is for audiences who want something sharper than standard leadership content.
Signature topics
Psychopaths, Power and Leadership
A keynote on power, manipulation, trust, boundaries and judgment in high-stakes environments.
Military Pressure, Civilian Results
A talk on adaptation, risk, execution and behaviour when the stakes rise and the environment becomes less predictable. What high performance under pressure looks like — and how to train for it.
The Tone You Set Shapes the Results You Get
A keynote on how tone drives response, how response drives culture, and how this applies from business to politics to everyday life.
Elite Sport and the Human Factor
A keynote on why high-level results are never just about skill, but about what happens to skill under pressure. Adaptation, response, recovery and execution in real time.
Dolphins, Discipline and Culture
A distinctive talk on standards, reinforcement, timing, consistency and the cultures leaders build through repeated signals. Behaviour shaping at its most precise.
Each keynote can be tailored to leadership conferences, business audiences, education settings, team events and broader public forums.

For leaders who want to change the results they get from others. This is for leaders who want sharper results, not generic advice. The focus is your real context, your challenges, your goals. Together, we identify the patterns that shape execution, address what holds you back, and put practical strategies to work straight away.
-
For teams that want stronger alignment, better execution and less friction. Leadership teams often assume their challenge is strategy. More often, it is behaviour.
How they communicate. How they handle disagreement. How they respond under pressure. How much trust exists. What gets said openly. What gets avoided. What tone becomes normal. What standards are reinforced from the top.

These talks are for leaders who want more than theory. Each keynote is shaped to your context, your challenges, your audience. You leave with practical tools you can use straight away.
My speaking draws on the same unusual cross-context perspective that shapes all of my work: psychopaths, dolphins, military environments, elite sport, leadership and culture under pressure.

Alongside my commercial practice, I work with young people and early-career adults on the same fundamentals that shape outcomes throughout life: how to think clearly under pressure, how to communicate with confidence, and how to influence others without losing yourself.
This work is pro bono. It is also, I believe, some of the most important work I do.

Conference moderation & facilitation, keeping people honest and the conversation moving. Effective moderation is not about staying neutral. It is about creating the conditions where real dialogue happens, difficult questions get asked, and the room leaves with more clarity than it arrived with.

Yes. Every talk is shaped to your context, audience and objectives. Before any engagement, we spend time understanding what you need your audience to walk away with — and the content is built around that. The signature topics provide a strong starting point, but the framing, examples and emphasis are always adapted.

Talks typically run between 60 and 90 minutes, with or without a Q&A. Nashater also delivers shorter keynote sets for panel events, leadership days and conference programmes. If you have a specific format or time slot in mind, get in touch and we'll work with it.
-
Absolutely. A keynote works well as an opening provocation, a mid-programme injection of energy, or a closing that ties themes together and sends people away with something actionable. Many clients use Nashater's talks alongside ongoing coaching or team development work for exactly this reason.
