“Best leadership development book I have ever read!!”
My wife recommended me this books written by her colleague and friend Nashater Solheim who trained her in presentation technique. The book contains many of the tips she use in her training. Nashater is a Psychologist who have been working with both extremely dangerous criminals and leaders. Interesting combination? I personally think so!
I found the book very interesting an a bit scary. It turns out that I share some of the characteristics that are found in successful criminals!
The book is full of examples of bad leaders that we all recognise, and tips for how not to make the same mistakes yourself. If your ambition is to become a good leader or partner this is the book you need. I do hope for a sequel!

“If you are a leader, start remembering your new PIN code now!”
The book is a very easy read, very practical in the approach, and linked to recognisable leadership situations and challenges. Sometimes describing what (from an outside-in perspective) can be seen as a quite banal challenge, but very often that is the leadership experience and reality that needs to be managed. The book can also be used as “encyclopaedia” when preparing the ABC to address a leader’s real life challenge. An absolutely recommendable book.
